Order is under treatment

All orders placed on Motiftextile will be processed the next business day. Please note that orders placed on Friday will begin to be processed the following Monday. Motiftextile will ship within 48 hours of receiving your order. Orders will take 1 to 7 business days to ship to Canada, 2 to 9 business days to ship to the United States, and 5 to14 business days to ship internationally. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

When orders shipped internationally reach the destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which may result in delays beyond the original delivery estimates and additional charges which are the sole responsibility of the customer.

As an added security measure, all orders shipped to Canada and the United States require a signature upon delivery.


All domestic orders (Canada) are shipped via CANADA POST or UPS.

Orders from the United States are shipped by CANADA POST and continue their way to the United States where they are handled by the (USPS) United States Postal Service.

All international orders are shipped via UPS. Once an order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking reference number via email. If there is an apartment number or unit number associated with your address, be sure to include it.

If we are unable to deliver a package due to an incorrect address entered by the customer, the customer's refusal to pay customs or excise duties, multiple unsuccessful attempts to reach the customer at the point of delivery , Or other, Motiftextile is not responsible for payment of return shipping costs charged by the carrier. Likewise, Motiftextile is not responsible for paying for the reshipment of the goods to the customer. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returned packages due to failed delivery.

Lost and damaged items

Motiftextile is not responsible for damage incurred during transport. All purchases are made at the buyer's own risk. Motiftextile assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged packages.

Tracking your order

Once the purchase has been made, a confirmation will be sent to you by e-mail upon receipt of your order. An email will also be sent to you once your order has shipped and will include your tracking number.
